The future of compost
Converting waste into resources
From waste to resource in 72 hours: a new era for industrial composting
At Green Team, transforming waste into resources is not just a mission — it's a reality in motion. Thanks to a multidisciplinary team and strict compliance with international compost biodegradation standards such as EN 13432 (Europe), ASTM D6400 (USA), AS 4736 (Australia), and their Asian equivalents, we have developed a machine that could change the course of compostable bioplastics and bio-based materials.
What used to take 180 days can now be completed in just 72 hours.
Yes, in only three days, this technology transforms certified compostable materials, such as bags, packaging, or utensils made from bioplastic, into ready-to-use fertilizer for gardening, leaving no trace of microplastics. All with a capacity of up to 100 kg per cycle.
How does it work?
Traditional composting requires time, controlled humidity, the right temperature, and constant microbial activity. International standards require that 90% of the material must decompose under controlled conditions within 180 days.
Our machine accelerates that cycle using a closed system that automatically controls temperature, humidity, movement, and oxygen. This activates microbial action under optimal conditions, simulating the natural environment of industrial composting... but much faster.
Who benefits?
• Laboratories can evaluate compostable materials more quickly.
• Companies can offer real collection and composting as part of their service.
• NGOs and governments gain a practical tool to reduce waste in communities.
• And yes, it is also compatible with Home Compost and organic waste in general.
Additionally, if conventional plastic is mistakenly added, the machine leaves it intact at the end of the process, helping to identify non-compostable residues without contaminating the resulting compost.
With this innovation, Green Team reaffirms its commitment:We evolve matter!
